Boney Tweets From Sridevi’s official Twitter handle

Sridevi may have left the world, but her memories remain alive on social media.

Now, it's a known fact that she was active on the social scene. She would connect with fans on Twitter and regularly share updates on her daily activities on Instagram. That's how the entire world knew why the actress was in Dubai before her death.

Now, her death has given rise to iense speculation about the cause of her death, her cosmetic surgeries being much talked about and her personal life discussed like nobody's business. So, the family members of the Kapoor family has requested the media to respect their privacy and do some responsible reporting.While Anil Kapoor shared a statement to this effect on Instagram, Boney Kapoor who till now hadn't used Twitter tweeted from his wife Sridevi's official Twitter handle.

Even other celebrities, including Kamal Haasan shared the statement urging fans and media to ensure kids remember their mother as  woman of dignity.

Sridevi passed away after drowning in her bathtub at her hotel room in Jumeirah Towers in Dubai where she had gone with family to attend nephew Mohit Marwah's wedding.

The Dubai public prosecution handed over the mortal remains to he family after two days of thorough investigation to confirm the actual cause of death as she died under suspicious circumstances.

Sridevi was cremated at the Vile Parle Hindu crematorium with state honours. She was dressed in white as per her last wish. While her body was wrapped in tri-color with gun salute to bid her farewell.
