Bihar CM Nitish Kumar meets Sonia Gandhi

New Delhi: A day after meeting Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Bihar CM Nitish Kumar met AICC president Sonia Gandhi on Friday. Indian NationL Congress

Party spokesperson Randeep Singh Surjewala told that the two met at 12.30 p.m. at the Congress president's residence and described the meeting as "cordial".
The meeting, details of which could not be verified, gains importance in view of a possible alliance between the Congress and Nitish Kumar's Janata Dal (United) as well as the Rashtriya Janata Dal ahead of the Bihar assembly polls later in 2015.
