Balayya disobeys EC rules?

Nandamuri Balakrishna, the Telugu Desam MLA aspirant from Hindupur, reportedly violated the Election Commission directions on Wednesday. 

As per the Election Commission rules, voters can carry cell phones with them to polling booths but the mobiles should be switched off. Also, voters should not use their cell phones, near 100m radius of polling booths.

But actor Balakrishna was seen carrying the mobile inside the polling booth and also kept the phone on.  

This is not the first time, the actor has raked up a controversy, during the election season. Recenlty, Balakrishna, irked over a minor issue, was seen kicking his assistant in Hindupur.
