It may be recalled that YSRCP MLA Alla Ramakrishna Reddy has filed a petition in the Supreme Court challenging the High Court order in the 'vote for notes' case. The case pertains to bribing a MLC by the TDP partymen to vote for the Telugu Desam party in the MLC elections. The bribing incident has been video recorded and had gone viral a couple of years ago.
