Babu has faith in Kiran govt: Sharmila
YSR Congress Party President YS Jagan Mohan Reddy's sister Sharmila on Saturday slammed TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu for not moving a no confidence motion against Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy to protect the Congress Party.
Chandrbabau addressing a gathering on Friday said that his party would move a no-confidence motion against the state government if the need arises. Taking on this, Sharmila said Chandrababu is misleading the public with his confused statements on the no-trust motion.
Sharmila who is in her Maro Praja Prastanam Padayatra on the 31st day questioned Chandrababu that if the YSRCP approaches the Governor on a no-confidence motion, will TDP support that?
Asking Chandrababu's commitment in the moving of no-confidence motion, Sharmila, said YSRCP would support if the TDP moves a no-confidence motion.
Alleging that the TDP Chief had no interest on people’s problems, Sharmila criticized him for passing time by saying there is no Assembly sessions to move the motion.
Addressing a meeting in Yemmiganur of Kurnool district, Sharmila derided both the Congress and TDP parties saying that people have no faith in the state government which is neglecting their problems, but Chandrababu has faith in the government and is supporting it.
Sharmila's padayatra will be completing 400 km on Saturday. All along the padayatra, Sharmila interacted with thousands of people and promised them that YS Jagan would take steps for their welfare if the YSRCP comes to power in the next elections.
