Baahubali Prabhas Keeps Off Padmavati Controversy 

Despite the best efforts of Kshatriya organisation, Baahubali star Prabhas, a Kshatriya himself, refused to be dragged into the Padmavati controversy. He has decided to steer clear of the controversy by not speaking anything about the controversial film. He has neither spoken in support of the protest nor against it.

All India Kshatriya Mahasabha, which among the organisations spearheading the protests against the alleged demeaning of Rani Padmavati, has reportedly approached Prabhas with a request to oppose the movie. However, he politely rejected the request. But, unlike Sonam Kapoor, Twinkle Khanna, Riteish Deshmukh, Bhumi Pednekar, his Saaho co-star Shraddha Kapoor and many others who backed the film unit, he chose to keep silent.

Sources say that his uncle, UV Krishnam Raju, a former Union minister and an actor himself, advised him to keep off the controversy as it could boomerang on him.
