Atrocity Case Against JC Prabhakar Reddy

Anantapur: An SC/ST atrocity case has been registered against Tadipatri MLA JC Prabhakar Reddy.

The case was registered by Peddapappuru police following a complaint by members of the Krishna Prabhoda Ashram. The ashram incharge Surya stated in his complaint that JC Prabhakar Reddy and his henchmen used abusive language when the ashram inmates were transporting sand, last week. The ashram has permit to transport sand but was waylaid by the MLA, he said. Water supply to the ashram was also cut off, he added. A complaint was also filed with the State Human Rights Commission in this regard, Surya said.
