AP Assembly Speaker Kodela’s Son To Be Booked In Robbery Case

Guntur: Andhra Pradesh Assembly Speaker Kodela Siva Prasad Rao's son Kodela Siva Rama Krishna found guilty of a robbery charge on Saturday. The High Court has ordered the police to register a robbery case against the Speaker's son.
According to police, L. Koteshwara Rao, director of Nallapati Cable Vision has lodged a complaint against Kodela Siva Ramakrishna for allegedly stealing amplifiers and destroying drums at his office on March 17. He also alleged that Siva Ramakrishna along with his followers destroyed all the cable connections.
As the accused is Speaker's son police did not register any case. He later complained to higher officials but no one responded on the issue. Finally Rao approached High Court which reprimanded the police for not registering the case and asked to them to file a robbery case on Siva Ramakrishna immediately. Court ordered SP to submit the investigation report by May 9.
