Bifurcation Issues Yet To Be Resolved: Governor Narasimhan

Amaravati: Governor of Andhra Pradesh, ESL Narasimhan began the state Legislative Assembly proceedings on Wednesday.

Beginning his address, Governor Narasimhan brought up the issue of Andhra Pradesh not being accorded the Special Category Status by the centre.

Stating that the bifurcation of the state was held in an unsuitable manner, he said that the issues of bifurcation have not been resolved even after four-and-a-half years.

The Governor asserted that the welfare of the people has become the focal priority and added that they will continue to work accordingly, with the inspiration of former Chief Minister NT Rama Rao.
