How Much are Chandrababu, Lokesh, Brahmani and Devansh Assets Worth?

Amaravati: Chandrababu’s family has disclosed their assets this year as they do every year. Devansh, the grandson of Chandrababu’s assets are growing in crores and the irony is he has just begun his schooling. In February last year, the worth of the assets was Rs 11.54 crores and this year it rose to Rs 18.71 crores which is  an increase of Rs 7.17 crores in a year. How is that only assets under his name are growing. Why are they declaring the cost price of the properties and quoting them only below the market prices?

Chandrababu’s family has sold three housing properties this year, but there is no mention of the funds generated through it in the total assets list. The new properties are also quoted less than the market price. Chandrababu’s new residence in Jubilee hills has been valued at Rs 18.35 crores, the actual worth of the house is much more than that, probabaly at 100 crores, say experts. If only the cost prices were being mentioned, then in 2011-12 the value was Rs 96.50 lakhs ,in 2017-18 the  value was  Rs 17.85 in 2018-19 the value was Rs 18.35 crores. What is the basis of this valuation even experts are not able to make out. Another interesting thing is how come Nara Lokesh paid back Rs 5.29 crores of debt after he became a minister, has not been mentioned.

-What is the reason behind showing value of the combined property in Jubilee hills at Rs 50 lakhs more than the previous year, if only the cost price of other movable and immovable properties is being shown.

- All these years 0.97 acres land in Naravaripalli was shown as a gift to Chandrababu, now the value of the land is Rs 23.84 lakhs, how can a gift be called as a property and valued?

-In the past 5 acres of land in Serilingampally was show as a gift by his paternal grandmother to Lokesh, whose value is not disclosed now?

- What is the point in showing only value of Chandrababu’s gift but not Lokesh’s gift.

- I have no personal expenditure is what Chandrababu always said, then what happened to the Rs 35 lakhs of money in his bank account. What about the salary and allowances received by him as the CM of Andhra Pradesh?

- Why have the assets held by Bhuvaneswari, wife of Chandrababu like Heritage Agro Marine Limited, Heritage International Limited, Nirvana media been omitted from the list?

-The 650 square yards house in Jubilee hills, valued at Rs 3.50 crores, which was under the name of Brahmani his daughter-in-law was sold this year but, the money gained through is not disclosed .

-Another plot in Road No 1 of 723 square yards has been sold at an undisclosed price. What is the truth behind the market prices mentioned about the both plots in Jubilee hills Road No 1?

- What about the debt of Rs 5.3 crores taken by Brahmini?

What about the money gained by selling the house in Jubilee hills Road no 36, under Devansh’s name.

-How did the Nirvana holdings, an investments company by Chandrababu’s family see a rise of Rs 9.51 crores.

The residence of Chandrababu is in the affluent locality of Jubilee hills Road No 65. The house was constructed with material bought from abroad.  Built on a 2,479 yards plot. This house is 20,383 square feet in size with a cellar and two floors. This house also features many other posh features and a VIP lounge.

The price per square feet is Rs 11 thousand for the whole house including the price of the land. Making the value of the house Rs100 crores.

This costly house is held by both Chandrababu and his son Lokesh. If half of it belongs to Chandrababu then, how come Lokesh said his father’s properties worth is only Rs 2.33 crores?
