AAP gets court notice for misusing state emblem

New Delhi: The Delhi High Court  issued notice to the Aam Aadmi Party(AAP) and its legislator

Rituraj Govind on Wednesday.

A plea seeking action against AAP for allegedly distributing to party volunteers the ID cards bearingthe state emblem was registered. Justice Rajiv Shakdher also restrained the party and its legislator from distributing ID cards bearing the state emblem to party volunteers.The court sought response from the Centre, AAP, the Delhi Police commissioner and Govind on the plea.
