3 Including Mother, Daughter Killed In Road Accident On Way To Tirumala 

Chittoor: The driver of van, a woman and her 2-year-old daughter died when an oil tanker ram into the vehicle head on near Laxmaiah Kandriga in Yadamari mandal in the early hours of Sunday.

Around 10 people from Tumukuru in Karnataka were on their way to Tirumala. Their Trax vehicle was hit head on by the tanker at 5.30am on the highway near Kandriga. Driver Vishal Babu(26), Kamakshi(27) and her daughter Hriday(2) died on the spot and seven others sustained serious injuries in the accident.

The condition of three of the injured was critical and they are undergoing treatment at Apollo in town. Police took the tanker driver into custody and a case has been registered.
