18 Couples Held For Obscenity at Yadadri  

Hyderabad: Rachakonda police conducted raids in the lodges at Yadadri on Sunday and arrested 18 couples for indulging in obscene activities.

The Special Operations Team (SOT) on a tip off raided 27 lodges and along with the couples 29 men were booked for possessing alcohol. The SOT team said that they received complaints that the rooms were used by the young couples.

Later, the team handed over the arrested persons to Yadadri police and further probe is on.

Meanwhile, a cordon and search operation was conducted by the Rachakonda police at Lenin Nagar in Meerpet on Sunday in which 13 suspects were arrested and 15 two-wheelers were seized.
