Telangana IBM Employee Found Dead In Italy 

Hyderabad: A software professional from Wanaparthy in Mahbubnagar district was found dead under suspicious circumstances at his house in Aprilia of Italy on Thursday.

Jayaprakash, son of a retired Deputy Education Officer from Manajipet village in Ghanpur mandal, was working for American multinational firm IBM in Aprilia town since April 2016.

As Jayaprakash did not turn up for work for the past couple of days, his colleagues went to his house on Thursday and and found his body lying in his apartment. The cause of the death is yet to be ascertained.

The family here is waiting for further details on what exactly happened.

Jayaprakash is survived by his wife and two young children. They are trying to get help from External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj and Embassy officials in Italy to get his body back home.

Jayaprakash's sister-in-law Smitha tweeted to Swaraj on Thursday seeking MEA's help in getting the body soon. She tweeted to the Minister saying his colleagues had informed them that it would take a week for the body to reach India.

“Can you please expedite the process madam… Family is collapsed and he has 2 small children.”, she tweeted.
