Summer Vacation: School Turned Into Poultry Farm

Uttar Pradesh: A primary school in Darshanpur in Rampur district has been turned into a poultry farm during the summer vacations. And the school headmaster himself has done this.

Headmaster Faryad Ali Khan took the advantage of the school vacations and joined hands with the gram pradhan's husband to run a poultry farm in the classrooms. Several other livestock animals were also found tied at the school premises. A video of the classroom was uploaded on social media which went viral and the matter was reported to district magistrate.

The principal was suspended and sent for questioning. "We have issued a notice to block education officer and an inspection of all the school buildings will be conducted," the District magistrate Shiv Sahay Awasthi said.
