Sugar being sold at higher price in Heritage: Minister

Secondary Education Minister K. Parthasarathy on Tuesday lashed out at TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu over his remarks on hike in essential commodities.

Refuting to Naidu's comments that Congress government has increased cost of sugar, he said it was astonishing to note that a person like Naidu being a Chief Minister for nine years to say like that. He added that Naidu himself was selling sugar at higher prices at his own Heritage Supermarket. The Minister participated at the animal husbandry camp at Tamarakorla under Kaikaluru in Krishna district on Tuesday.
