YS Jagan Padayatra Exposes TDP Failures On All Fronts

Srikakulam: YSR Congress chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s Praja Sankalpa Yatra, the mass outreach initiative has entered into its 339th day, on Monday as the yatra passed through Thathampara cross, Manikyapuram, Chinna Balliputtuga, Balliputtuga, Kusumapuram, Varaka, Borivonka, Bejjiputtuga of Kanchili, and Kaviti mandals.

The historic padayatra is going to end on Wednesday at Ichchapuram. A pylon (Vijaya Sthupam) will be unveiled by YS Jagan to mark the conclusion of the Padayatra. As the yatra is coming to an end people are thronging to to the people's leader with their problems and this phenomenon has increased exponentially. People have been pointing out the failures of the TDP government which is reeking in corruption. Be it the atrocities of the Janmabhoomi committees, the denial of and discrimination in pensions, the watering down of Arogyasri fee reimbursement scheme among other things, issues related to TDP government corruption are coming to the fore everywhere. All over the state AgriGold victims came to meet the YSRCP chief to pur out their woes to him. And then there have been hordes of patients suffering from kidney ailments and other diseases. As the Padayatra approached Srikakulam, a spate of local issues were highlighted including the problems of Titli cyclone victims.  YS Jagan gave a patient hearing to all the people, who came forward with an issue.

Uddanam:

Uddanam area has a large number of people suffering from kidney ailments and many of them interacted with the YSRCP chief to to express their anguish to him. A sea of humanity joined him in the march an expression of solidarity. Women in particular, were seen cheering the YSR the leader of the masses.

YSR Congress leaders from the state of Telangana met the leader, while the yatra was in progress and even marched along with him for a short distance. Leaders present were YSRCP Telangana president Gattu Srikanth Reddy, chief secretary Dr. Prapulla Reddy, B. Anil Kumar, GHMC president Sainath Reddy, state Seva Dal president Bandaru Venkataramana, state SC wing president Nagadesi Ravi Kumar.

Bentho Oriya issue

Responding to the Bentho Oriya issue, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy assured members of the community that the issue will be studied once YSRCP is in power and that it would seek to find a permanent solution. Leaders from the community, who met YS Jagan later spoke to the media and said, ”it was late Dr. YS Rajasekhara Reddy, who addressed their issue and ordered for a special committee to be set up. Later under the TDP we lost our status and now we see hope in YS Jagan. We will work hard for his success,” they added.

Siva Rama Raju joins YSR Congress party:

Srikakulam: In the presence of YSR Congress party president YS Jagan Mohan Reddy and under the guidance of former MP Mithun Reddy, popular Kshatriya leader from YSR Kadapa district Siva Rama Raju joined YSR Congress party.

Later talking to the media, he said, that the TDP government had failed to fulfill any of the electoral promises it made. "I shall work for the success of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, who is in the midst of people striving to improve their lot.
