Karthika Deepam Spoiler Alert Today's Episode September 10: Mounitha Kidnaps Deepa

In today's episode of Karthika Deepam, Karthik is produced before the court, where Karthik tries to prove his point that he did not kill Mounitha. He says that Mounitha is alive. Karthik's lawyer asks Roshini on what evidence does she believe that Karthik killed Mounitha. On the other hand, Soundarya gives a reality check on Karthik's relationship with Mounitha. Meanwhile, Mounitha kidnaps Deepa. 

In yesterday's episode, Deepa chases Mounitha. Karthik worries about Deepa and requests CI Naidu and Ratna Sita to help him, but they refuse to assist. Meanwhile, Karthik tells Roshini the truth. He tells her that Mounitha is alive and treated him as Dr. Rina. But Roshini ignores Karthik and won't believe him. On the other hand, Mounitha gets frustrated with her plan to get married to Karthik bombs.
