Mumbai: NCB Officials Seize Illegal Drugs During Raid On Cordelia Cruises' Empress Ship

The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) carried out a raid on Cordelia Cruises' Empress ship and busted a rave party on Saturday evening on a cruise ship mid-sea off the Mumbai coast. According to the officials, drugs were used and a team of NCB officials seized various illegal drugs such as cocaine, hashish, and MDMA. There were hundreds of passengers on the ship. The cruise was taken to the international cruise terminal at Ballard Pier in south Mumbai.

As per NCB zonal director Sameer Wankhede, seven to eight people have been detained and it is said that son of Bollywood superstar is amongst those detained; they will be sent for medical examination to a nearby government hospital.

Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) on Sunday said that children of popular Bollywood stars will be investigated in connection with a raid that was conducted on Cordelia Cruises' Empress ship.

According to the reports, the rave party was organized by Fashion TV India along with Delhi-based company Namascray Experience on Cordelia Cruises' Empress ship from October 2 to October 4. It was to be a 'musical voyage'.
