KTR: Why is Naidu feeling jittery in IMG case?
Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) MLA K Taraka Rama Rao (KTR) today asked Telugu Desam Party president N Chandrababu Naidu as to why he was feeling jittery whenever the IMG land issue was in the news.
Talking to mediapersons, KTR was of the opinion that since Chandrababu Naidu was feeling guilty because of his involvement in the scam, he (Naidu) is feeling nervous whenever the IMG land issue is mentioned in some quarters.
KTR strongly believes that Naidu is undertaking his padayatra only with an eye on the top seat in the State. “He (Naidu) should make it clear as to why and whose sake he is now undertaking his padayatra,” KTR asked.
In a sarcastic comment, KTR said that instead of naming his padayatra as “Vastunna Meekosam” Naidu would have named it as “Chastunna Kurchee Kosam” (Dying for the Chair). “People would not believe such tactics which are only aimed at assuming power,” he felt.
Referring to the cases recently filed against certain Telangana activists, the TRS MLA threatened to resort to agitational path if immediate steps are not taken to put an end to the harassment of employees and students in the region. “As the days for the Congress rule are numbered the party is resorting to such cheap gimmicks,” he remarked.
