Actor turned politician Nandamuri Bala Krishna’s recent outing "NTR Kathanayakudu" has been declared as a dud at the box office. It is being learned that Bala Krishna is dissatisfied over the party cadre and the reason behind it that he is angry because the biopic of his father, which was acted and produced by the star, was declared a failure at the box office, with the lack of TDP cadre support.

Apparently, the movie failed at impressing the audience as there were no highs or lows in the screenplay and the most wanted emotional aspect was missing. Also portraying NTR as a god has also not gone well with the audience and instead added as a contributing negative factor.

Meanwhile ‘Yatra’ made on the life of late Dr YS Rajasekhara Reddy opened to positive reviews and is running successfully in cinemas. The admirers of the late leader have liked the movie very much and have taken up the responsibility to make it a success.

This Mahi V Raghav’s directorial has been true to the reality and portrayed both the positives and negatives about the people's leader and the historic padayatra he embarked upon.

‘NTR Kathanayakudu’ released on the eve of Sankranti has not fared well at the box office and it is being reported that Bala Krishna is unhappy as the supporters of the TDP have not made it a hit.

On one hand, ‘NTR Kathanayakudu’ has been declared a flop but Bala Krishna is with the hope that at least TDP cadre is going to own ‘NTR Mahanayakudu’ and make it a success. It is learned that director Krish has re-shot the movie adding some extra emotional content. Makers of the movie are particular about releasing on Feb 22 at any cost.
