Photojournalist covering CM's tour beaten by cops

A photographer from The Hindu was reportedly assaulted by the police while covering Chief Minister N. Kiran Kumar Reddy's 'Indiramma Bata' Programme at Anakapalli in Visakhapatnam District on Tuesday.

According to reports, the photographer who went there as part of his duty to cover the CM's programme had to faced harsh treatment from the police. Later, journalists  condemned the police action and boycotted the programme.
