Tollywood’s Top Star: Mahesh or Prabhas?

Looks like April is the luckiest month for our Tollywood stars. If you recall,Baahubali-The Conclusion released in theatres last April on 28. It's been a year, yet trade analysts and audiences can't stop talking about the film success which got fame to the Tollywood film industry.

This year in the same month, Mahesh Babu's Bharat Ane Nenu was released in theatres and it has received positive response. It is a known fact Bharat Ane Nenu has emerged as the blockbuster hit of 2018.

Mahesh Babu: He is over the moon following the success of his latest release Bharat Ane Nenu which is still faring well at the box office. Mahesh Babu is all set to kickstart his next film which would go on floors in the second week of June. The film will mark Mahesh Babu's 25th film and will be directed by Vamsi Paidipally.

Prabhas: He is currently busy filming Saaho which is being shot on a lavish budget film around Rs 300 Cr. Recently, the crew wrapped up their Abu Dhabi schedule. They will now shift the location to Ramoji film city where they will shoot some of the crucial scenes of Saaho. Saaho will be the first film to release for Prabhas after Baahubali. The film is being directed by Sujeeth of Run Raja Run fame. Bollywood actors Shraddha Kapoor, Neil Nitin Mukesh and Jackie Shroff will appear in key roles.
