Monkey Becomes Uninvited Chief Guest, Unfurls Tricolour In Haryana School

In a freak incident, a monkey unfurled the Tricolour in a school in Haryana's Ambala on the Independence Day. Two monkeys were playing around the flag poll and one of them climbed the flagpole and tugged the string, thus unfurling the flag. Rose petals tumbled out of the unfurled flag and the students and the teachers cheered it lustily and clapped vigorously. After this, the monkeys scampered away, but not before surveying around the clapping ''audience."
The video has gone viral and the Twitterati posted funny comments, some politically loaded too, on the monkey's 'Patriotism.''
#IndependenceDayIndia — Dinesh Kumawat (@dineshkumawat) August 15, 2017 Whole day I was busy in hoisting flag along with my friend @SmokingSkills_ while everyone was busy in taking videos on #IndepedenceDay ??? — MonKey Baat (@SirCastics) August 15, 2017 @cpimspeak should hire this monkey to teach it's dimwit members like Brinda Karat and Yachuri about flag hoisting. — Ⓜ️ ✍️ Ⓜ️ (@mthakur121) August 15, 2017 Insult to the national flag to be hoisted by a monkey. But on second thoughts it is better than Mohan Bhagwat hoisting it. pic.twitter.com/YMqUKpe0d5 — joseph varghese (@jose2ss) August 15, 2017 Monkey hoists our tri color flag. #independenceday — ticket65.com (@ticket65dotcom) August 16, 2017
