KTR Ignores Pawan, Ropes In Samantha As Brand Ambassador For Handlooms

Hyderabad: Actress Samantha has been roped in as the brand ambassador for Telangana handloom industry.
Telangana minister KT Rama Rao took to his Twitter handle to make the announcement and congratulated the actress on her engagement too.
"Thanks @Samanthaprabhu2 for agreeing to be TSCO Handloom ambassador. Let's make handlooms fashionable. Congratulations on your engagement (sic)," KTR tweeted.
Pawan on January 17 met the weavers association of Telugu states and declared that he would be the brand ambassador for the handlooms. However, KTR announced Sam as the face of handloom industry
Meanwhile, KTR's move proved that things are not in good terms between TRS and actor and Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan.

The meeting took place in Hyderabad's Metro Rail Bhavan. Officials among others present were - TSCO director Shailaja Ramayyar, Industries and IT Secretary Jayesh Ranjan.
