I Could Not See Dasari For One Last Time: Chiranjeevi  

Hyderabad: Mega Star Chiranjeevi regreted that he could not see legendary director Dasari Narayana Rao for one last time before the latter died of multi-organ failure.

Chiranjeevi was speaking during a condolence meeting for the late director at Filmnagar here on Saturday. The Mega Star expressed his disappointment for not being available even after Dasari's death since he was in a foreign country. "Unfortunate, that I could not see him for one last time. This is the most unhappiest moment in my life," he said.

The pre-release function of Chiranjeevi's 150th movie — Khaidi No.150 was the last event in which Dasari spoke. The veteran fimmaker spoke for the final time when he had received Allu Ramalingaiah Award on May 4, the Congress leader recalled.

"He was with my family members when he recieved the award, I am happy in that way his blessings are with us," Chiru noted. He further said that Dasari's death left a deep void in the Telugu cinema industry.
