Dare KCR not Naidu, TDP tells TJAC
TDP leader Mothkupalli Narasimhulu on Sunday came down heavily on the Telangana Political Joint Action Committee (TJAC) chairman, Prof. M Kodandaram, for criticizing Telugu Desam Party chief Chandrababu Naidu on the Telangana issue.
Stating that Naidu had written two letters to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on the Telangana issue, Narasimhulu said Kodandaram should first question TRS chief K Chandrasekhara Rao and the Congress but not the TDP for adopting delaying tactics to resolve the issue.
He warned Kodandaram of serious consequences if any attempt is made to create hurdles to Naidu's Padayatra. It may be mentioned here that Kodandaram on Saturday demanded clarification from Chandrababu Naidu on the Telangana issue.
Stating that Telangana people would not allow Naidu to enter the region during his ongoing Padayatra unless he makes his stand clear on the statehood demand, Kodandaram, said all the confusion arose because of Naidu's letter to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh.
