Two school kids die of snake bite in separate places

A 14-year-old boy died of snakebite at Betamcharla mandal near Sakalapuram village in Kurnool district on Saturday afternoon.

The boy Rajasekhar was going home from the school when a snake bit him.

He told his parents that something had bitten him while he was on the way to home. Within a few minutes, he started vomiting and his condition deteriorated. He was taken to a hospital nearby. But he could not be saved.

In a similar incident in Hyderabad ,a Class II student of the Government Primary School in Shamshiguda, Kukatpally, died on Thursday after he was bitten by a cobra.
