TDP MP Sivaprasad's Chekka Bhajan for Samaikyandhra - Sakshi Post

Telugu Desam Chittoor MP, N. Sivaprasad, who is known for his antics, was seen playing 'Chekka Bhajan' at the main gate of Parliament in New Delhi, to draw the centre's attention to oppose its decision to carve out Telangana state.

Sivaprasad was seeing singing a song that went like: " Endukamma e Padu Vibhajana o Soniamma endukamma e padu vibhajana, Why this division..change your heart Sonia amma. Five crore people will come to the streets," while the other TDP MPs matched tune with the bhajan.

Holding placards that read "save Andhra" and "respect member not number", the TDP MPs staged a dharna at the main gate of Parliament.

It may be recalled here that the Lok Sabha on Monday suspended the TDP MPs for disrupting proceedings of the House over the Telangana issue

In a novel protest on Monday, Sivaprasad had also imitated late Indira Gandhi wearing a face mask resembling her.

Sivaprasad last week came to Lok Sabha dressed as Sri Krishna. Wearing a crown and a garland, he was seen holding a flute.
