Sri Lakshmi's interim bail extended till March 21

The special court for CBI cases in Hyderabad on Saturday extended the interim bail that was granted to suspended senior IAS officer Sri Lakshmi, who was arrested in the Obulapuram Illegal mining scam, till March 21.

Earlier, Sri Lakshmi, was granted conditional bail till January 20 by the CBI court on medical grounds.
She moved a petition seeking two months extension of her bail for treatment in Vellore.

The Principal Special Judge extended her interim bail on Saturday to enable her to take further treatment for her disc dislocation.

Sri Lakshmi was arrested on November 26, 2011 in the case pertaining to allotment of mining leases to the Obulapuram Mining Company (OMC).
