BOI Recruitment 2021: The Bank of India (BOI) has issued a call for applications to fill 21 Support Staff positions. Interested individuals have until August 31, 2021, to submit their applications. Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must have a bachelor's degree in BSW, BA, or B.Com, as well as computer skills.

Age

The candidate must be at least 18 years old and no more than 45 years old.

Selection Process

Written tests, personal interviews, and demonstrations/presentations will all be used to make the final selection decision.

General knowledge and computer skills will be tested in the written exam.

The personal interview is used to evaluate communication skills, leadership qualities, attitude, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work with the trainee's growth strategy. Teaching abilities and communication aptitude will be assessed through a demonstration/presentation.

The bank stated in the notification, "The selected candidates shall be engaged on a contract basis for a period of 2 years. Renewal may be considered at the bank's sole discretion in terms of extant policies and rules."
