INTRODUCTION

Kingdom Valley Islamabad was registered with SECP Lahore as Kingdom Valley Pvt. Ltd. collaborated to NAYA PAKISTAN HOUSEING SCHEME. Prime Minister Imran Khan took the initiative of NPHS to build 5 million houses for the homeless in Pakistan.

Kingdom Valley Islamabad, a low-income housing development in the city, is allegedly approved by Naya Pakistan Housing Scheme from PHATA (Punjab Housing and Town Planning Agency).

The Kingdom Group is developing the project. It is located in a prime spot that is within close proximity of the Lahore Islamabad M-2 Motorway.

Kingdom Valley Terms and conditions:

  1. Kingdom Valley Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as The Company) is registered with Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan. The company plans to finish all development works for "KINGDOM VALLEY ISLAMABAD" according to its plan and schedule.
  1. The applicant will be eligible for allotment of a plot in KINGDOM VALLEY ISLAMABAD upon timely and successful completion of the payment
  1. All applicants according to their plot categories will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis. However, the allocation of plots may be done by ballot after payment has been made
  1. The submission of the application forms does not constitute confirmation of plot allotment

  1. Final allotment of plots in KINGDOM VALLEY ISLAMABAD will be subject to the completion of full payment/development charges according to the schedule provided by the firm and approvals of concerned departments / Development authority.
  1. All installments and payments must be made in accordance with the size of the plot, as per the schedule of payments via bank draft/pay order/cash to Kingdom Valley Pvt. Ltd

  1. After the meeting, the management will determine the development charges

  1. The development charges do not include the construction of Masjids, Commercial Centers, Water filtration units, Grid stations, or any other items. These costs will be added later and calculated as needed

  1. Late payment of dues will result in a 0.1% per-day surcharge

  1. If the installments are not paid on the due dates, or any current dues and surcharges levied, the firm can cancel the membership and allotment plot. The company will give at least one month's written notice to the current mailing address. Any excuse for changing the current address without prior notification and acknowledgement by the company shall be disregarded

  1. Once a booking has been registered, or a plot given or transferred, it cannot be returned to the company

  1. If two installments are not paid in full, the registration may be cancelled. 20% of the total price of the plots shall be deducted from any deposited amount

  1. Management reserves the right to cancel a plot. The management's decision in this regard shall not be challenged by any authority or court of legal

  1. After successful completion of all payments on time and acknowledgment by the management in writing, the applicant will be eligible for plot allocation via ballot according to terms and conditions

  1. A ballot will determine the number of plots that the applicant is eligible to receive. It will be determined based on the category and the size of the application

  1. This application will be considered for the plot size that the applicant has chosen. However, actual plot size can vary according to the plot number allotted by ballot. Accounts shall be adjusted accordingly at the cost of land at the time of allotment

  1. Commercial use of residential plots is prohibited. Allotment could be cancelled in the event of this practice

  1. Allottees for corner or park facing plots will be charged 10% more per occurrence, and main boulevard plots will attract an additional 15% premium

  1. After project development is completed and payment by the applicant, including possession and development charges, and any other dues levied or collected by the firm or department, physical possession will be given to the Allottee. The Allottee will not be allowed to access the plot or allow his/her servants, contractors, or employees to do so until the total payment has been made

  1. These terms and conditions will be adhered to by the applicant

  1. The buyer must not violate the Rawalpindi Development Authority's (RDA) laws for construction

  1. Although the society will make every effort possible to get water, sewerage, and gas connection connections as soon as possible for the project's completion, the society cannot be held responsible if any of these services are not provided by the relevant government agencies/departments

  1. The society can offer plots of comparable value to the applicant in its other projects, or may decide to refund any payment received from him/her within a specified time frame. In such an event, the applicant is not entitled to any claim, damages, or interest other than the amount originally paid

  1. The buyer must declare that he understood all terms and conditions for the purchase of plots in KINGDOM VALLEY ISLAMABAD

  1. All correspondence must be sent to the address given in the application. The company is not responsible for non-delivery

  1. Processing & merging fees for each residential plot are Rs.5,000 (Rupees Five Thousand only)

  1. Transfer Fee will be Rs. 25,000 (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only)
