Hyderabad Real Estate: Raidurg Plot Fetches Record Price in Auction

Hyderabad’s real estate market has reached a new milestone after a prime land parcel in Raidurg fetched a record price in a government auction. The plot, located in the city’s prominent IT corridor, was sold at ₹264 crore per acre, highlighting the strong demand for premium commercial land in the area.

The auction was conducted by the Telangana Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TGIIIC). A 5.25-acre parcel at Pan Maktha in Raidurg, under Survey Number 83/1, attracted strong interest from bidders.

The latest price is significantly higher than previous auction rates in the same area. In May 2026, a 6.29-acre parcel from the same survey number was sold at ₹237 crore per acre. Another auction in June saw a rate of ₹204 crore per acre.

Raidurg has become one of Hyderabad’s most sought-after commercial locations because of its proximity to major business hubs such as Mindspace, Knowledge City, Gachibowli and the Financial District. The presence of major IT companies and large commercial developments has further increased demand for land in the region.

The latest auction also reflects the limited availability of large land parcels in Hyderabad’s established business districts. With increasing development activity and strong demand from commercial investors, premium land prices in the western part of the city have continued to rise.

The record Raidurg auction is expected to further strengthen Hyderabad’s position as one of India’s major real estate and IT investment destinations. Future land auctions in areas such as Raidurg and nearby business corridors will be closely watched to see whether property values continue their upward trend.
