AP Govt Schools on Par with Corporate Schools, Says Ex-India Cricketer Ambati Rayudu

Tenali: The facilities in the government schools are on par with the corporate schools, remarked former India cricketer Ambati Rayudu. He visited a Rythu Bharosa Kendra (RBK) and a government school at Sangam Jagarlamudi in Tenali on Saturday.
The former cricketer went around school, inspected the school infrastructure and spoke with the students. Impressed with the facilities available to the school students, Rayudu said the students seemed satisfied with the facilities and education systems in the government school. He shared the food being provided to the students under the mid-day meal scheme.
“The government schools in Andhra Pradesh have the best infrastructure in the country. The students are being provided nutritious mid-day meals. AP will become a leading state under the YSRCP government. People are getting the best medical facilities in the government-run clinics too,” Rayudu told reporters.
He asserted that the farmers are satisfied with the Rythu Bharosa Kendras (RBKs). Jagananna Aarogya Surakhsha isa government’s flagship programme. He showered praises on YSRCP’s welfare programmes.
