Chandrababu fumes over CM Ramesh

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu expressed his displeasure on Rajya Sabha MP CM Ramesh for not being in the constituency. Ramesh is known to be extremely close to the CM, so his comments surprised many.
 
During a review meeting with the irrigation officials, tje CM asked the MP  if he was staying in Delhi or in the village? Upset over lack of initiative on the part of the MP, the CM expressed his displeasure leaving Ramesh non-plussed.
