Beas tragedy victims' kin meet T Home Minister

The family members of the Beas tragedy victims met Telangana Home Minister Nayani Narasimha Reddy on Monday. 

The bereaved family members vented their anger at  VNR Vignan Jyothy Engineering College management for allegedly not taking prior permission before taking the students on the tour and demanded strict against them. 

They complained to the Home Minister that justice was not done to them even one month after the tragedy. 

The Home Minister reportedly assured the family members that an appropriate action would be taken once the final report on the incident came out. 

A group of 24 students, including seven girls, were taking photographs near the river bank when there was a sudden gush of water washed them away.
