Anjali fails to appear before Madras high court

Actress Anjali did not attend the Madras High Court in the Habeas Corpus petition filed by her aunt Bharathi Devi on Friday.

Expressing anger at the police for not presenting Anjali, the judge has directed them to produce Anjali without fail before it within two weeks.

The case will now be heard in the first week of June. 

It may be recalled that Anjali's aunt had filed Habeas Corpus petition in Madras High Court that she was missing. The court  had directed Anjali appear before it. But she did not turn up today.
