Woman and her boyfriend allegedly strangulate drunkard husband

A woman and her boyfriend were arrested today for allegedly murdering her husband at Jeedimetla in Hyderabad, police said. The woman and her boyfriend A Shekar, who is her co-worker, allegedly murdered P Prasad on September 17 night and threw his body near a graveyard at Ayodhyanagar, the police said.

The woman confessed to the police that she and her boyfriend allegedly strangulated Prasad after their affair was discovered. She said that she was tired of her liquor addict husband who had been harassing her and hence she hatched a plan with her boyfriend to eliminate Prasad. Jeedimetla police has registered a case of suspicious death.
