Why minister Viswaroop resigned?

Former Congress Minister P. Viswaroop on Friday said that losing faith in the Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy’s capability to stop the process to divide the State was the sole reason for his resignation.  

Viswaroop met YSRCP chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy at NIMS hospital and inquired about his health.
Speaking to the media post meeting, the former minister said that Centre has not gone one step back on the Telangana issue. He was the first minister to tender his resignation in support of Samaikyandhra and insisted upon to get it accepted.
Speaking to the press persons at NIMS, where YSRCP chief Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy is being treated , Viswaroop said YSRCP party is the only party which has been consistent on Samaikyandhra stand and battling for it.
“Seemandhra ministers are misleading the public to continue in their posts on the pretext of defeating the Telangana bill in the Assembly,” he said.   
Viswaroop recently announced that he will join YSRCP on October 18.
