What will happen after CM’s return from Delhi? - Sakshi Post

Speculations are again up in Congress party over Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy’s 3-day visit to Delhi. He has been asked to visit Delhi on Monday by the party high command.

He will be in Delhi for three days postponing his Anantapur district visit as part of Indiramma Bata.

A call from party high command a day after PCC president Botsa Satyanarayana dashing a report to AP affairs in-charge Gulam Nabi Azad on the growing dissidence among the Cabinet colleagues, especially CM announcing the Bangaru Talli programme without consulting members of the Cabinet caused speculations among the party circles.

Congress senior leader J C Diwakar Reddy’s comment that there would be key developments in the party and the government after Kiran’s return from New Delhi attained significance.

JC, who is known for his shrewd comments on the political developments, however said he would not either agree or deny the opinion of the seniors in the party that the CM was only consulting with some ministers while taking decisions.

JC’s inconclusive remarks gave ventilation for rumours that something would happen in Delhi during CM’s visit.  AICC president Sonia Gandhi is seen jubilant after poll campaign in Karnataka as reports of positive signs are coming. There may be some decisions like local body polls as 2011 census have already released. It is further assumed in the party circles that there would be reshuffling of State cabinet and opening the box of nominated posts to satisfy the dissident leaders. Sonia is likely to visit the state after creating conducive atmosphere in the State. To ensure this, Kiran Kumar Reddy may be given some fresh tasks.

Kiran will keep his cabinet colleagues especially those who raised a banner of revolt on in tenterhooks till he returns from Delhi. The ministers, who are expecting some developments following Botsa’s report against Kiran has to keep waiting crossing their fingers.
