Vijayamma's two-day fee deeksha begins

YSRC party honorable president Y S Vijayamma has began her deeksha to protest against the cap on free reimbursement in engineering colleges.
From her Lotus Pond residence, Vijayamma took off to Indira Park at Domalguda in Hyderabad to start her protest. This isn't the first time, the honorary president of YSRC is fighting for the cause. Earlier too, Vijayamma was on a two-day deeksha in Eluru to fight for the welfare of the poor students who cannot afford higher education.
Vijayamma demands that the fee reimbursement that was implemented by her late husband, the then chief minister of Andhra Pradesh, Dr Y S Rajasekhara Reddy, has to be applicable the same way as it was intended to be. She says the Congress is diluting the schemes devised by YSR for the welfare of the underprivileged people.
Vijayamma has received huge support from students, parents, volunteers and party workers, who have pledged to fight for the good cause.
Through this, Vijayamma wishes to draw the attention of the government and hopes that the latter will bring about changes that will benefit the poor students.
