Two government employees were arrested today by Andhra Pradesh Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) in connection with as many corruption cases, police said.

Alugunuri Rosaiah, tehsildar of Kasipeta mandal in Adilabad district, was caught red-handed at his residence in Hanumannagar accepting a bribe of Rs 10,000 for issuing title deed and pattadar pass book.

In another case, Assistant Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) Engineer for Rajendranaga Circle-VI, Vadithe Kuppa Naik, was held in the wee hours at Hotel Savera, near Yadagiri Theatre, Santoshnagar when he was accepting Rs 35,000 in bribe from the complainant for an official favour, an official release from ACB said.
