Tollywood Director Srinu Vaitla Booked for Wife Beating

Noted Tollywood director Srinu Vaitla has been booked for domestic violence including beating his wife and abusing her parents.Vaitla's wife Santhoshi Roopa lodged a complaint with the Banjara Hills police station in Hyderabad on October 15 stating that her husband beat her in front of their kids and housemaids on October 12 and repeated it on October 13. Santhoshi complained that her husband and his family members have been harassing her since their marriage 12 years ago. Srinu is harassing even my friends and abusing my parents besides breaking my mobile phones time and again.

The police booked an FIR under section 488A and 323 of IPC and the investigation is on. The director who is facing flop after flop such as Aagadu and Bruce Lee is now in a soup with the domestic violence case. There were rumours that Santhoshi withdrew her complaint, but the police filing an FIR confirms that the case is on.
