TDP MLA granted bail

A local court on Monday granted bail to Telugu Desam Party (TDP) MLA  Erra Sekhar, arrested for his alleged role in murdering his own brother Erra Jaganmohan.

It may be recalled that Erra Sekhar, surrendered before the superintendent of police Nagendra Kumar after his attempts to secure anticipatory bail from the district court and the High Court proved futile.
Jagan Mohan was shot dead at Devarkadra in Mahbubnagar district recently. Police suspect that Erra Sekhar got his brother murdered over a sarpanch post.
