T Bill introduced, discussions started: Sridhar Babu

State Legislative affairs minister D. Sridhar Babu on Friday made it clear that Andhra Pradesh Reorganization Bill has been introduced in the Assembly and this means that discussion on the bill has started.

Speaking to reporters in Hyderabad, Sridhar Babu said that notices would be served to leaders who are guilty of violating the rights of the Assembly. Whether having discussions or not, voting on each and every clause in the Bill will be decided by Speaker Nadendal Manohar, he added.
Meanwhile, Deputy Speaker Bhatti Vikramarka announced that discussions on the Telangana bill has already started and leaders can express their opinions once the session began.
He appealed to all the legislators to refrain from protesting during the sessions as it is waste of time. He said that the Assembly sessions should be conducted irrespective of regions and there should be no scope for personal agendas.
