Speaker adjourns AP Assembly proceedings

The state legislative Assembly on Thursday was adjourned for half an amid protests.

As soon as the House assembled, the Opposition issued notice for an adjournment motion, demanding discussions on power cuts and Babli project issues.

When the Speaker rejected their request, the TDP members surrounded the podium and stalled the proceedings, forcing the Speaker adjourn the House for an hour.
