Six treasure hunters held at Bhimili

Six persons reported to be treasure hunters were taken into custody on Monday on the charges of unauthorized excavations in the temple surroundings in Visakhapatnam district.

According to reports, excavations were on the rampage at Lakshminarasimha Swamy temple in Bhimili near Visakhapatnam. On the complaint from the local people, the police arrested six persons. They allegedly dug for treasure in the temple area.
