Guntur: Singapore experts' team's secret tour of the proposed capital area villages is raising hackles.

With many farmers opposing the state government's plan to take away their lands, the group is visiting the areas in utter secrecy. 

The team on Friday was found touring in Amaravathi and Tulluru. On Saturday,  this team toured Guntur with RDO Bhaskar Naidu guiding them. AP govt kept their tour under cover fearing protests from villagers
