Singapore experts to face heat in Mangalagiri villages

The Singapore ministers and government officials who are all set to tour the areas where the new AP capital would come up, will face stiff opposition from the villagers of Mangalagiri rural and Tadepalli mandals. 

Several farmers are on a collision course with the government opposing the idea of land pooling.

The farmers of the two mandals made it clear that they will not give up land for the new AP capital and will strictly convey their decision to the TDP government.
YSRCP MLA Alla Ramakrishna Reddy met the farmers of several villages in these two mandal and took their opinion on the land pooling. Several farmers, tenant farmers and labours of Nidamarru, Kuragallu, Betapudi and Penumuka and Vundavalli took part in the meeting. " We are not ready to give our lands. We are decided to obstruct Singaporian ministers and government officials whenever they choose to visit these ares," angry farmers told the YSRCP MLA.
