Shankar Rao targets CM

Former minister and Secunderabad Cantonment MLA P Shankar Rao on Saturday demanded that corrupt ministers be removed from the the cabinet just like the way it was done at the centre.

Singing the old tune, Shankar Rao also demanded Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy be dropped as he was facing charges of smuggling red sanders.

Demanding that Congress legislature party (CLP) immediately discuss CM’s style of functioning and also about other tainted ministers, he warned that Congress would badly lose if the same cabinet continued. "There is no future for Congress if the CM and some ministers are not removed."

He would soon write a letter to Congress president Sonia Gandhi explaining all these issues, he added.
